I have tried several firewood delivery services in the area, and this one tops them all, not just the quality of the products but the delivery service! The wood is of excellent quality, and the delivery was swift and hassle-free.

Good product and excellent delivery team but getting expensive.Prices vary with offers and discounts for regular customers but they vary and are not always available.Don't always reply to emails either ................

Update on review that was originally left. I would give 5 stars but because of the need to leave my original review I have reduced it to 4 but cannot stress enough that the effort invested in correcting the issue deserves 5 stars. The person I was dealing with after my initial review was not happy about my comments here and I have to say we shared several emails which then resulted in my order being cancelled by me. I will not divulge the contents of the emails but I will say they did get a tad heated. However, last week... a few weeks later (Christmas an' all that in-between) a phone call was received out of the blue from this person and they declared that our exchange had played on their mind and as a gesture of goodwill they would like to make amends as they pride themselves on their customer service. The person said they have since revamped their emails, plus the systems and protocols they use have also been upgraded in order to improve their communication with their customers. I must say that I was stunned by this and did not ever expect that this would occur and have been more than pleasantly surprised by the efforts made to put right the situation. I applaud them for doing so and thank them and will say this has now convinced me to use them again. The wood is of excellent quality and I would now highly recommend them. I am leaving my original review below as this update will not make sense if I remove it, plus, it also highlights how this company has made a huge effort to put things right and shows that they are interested in customer satisfaction; they are a high calibre company. Placed an order and although I received an email confirming, I havent heard a dickybird since and that was over a week ago! Called them today, total automatic redirection no human being to be found, sent back to website. Soooo, went on their live chat...no one there ... so much for being live....perhaps my review will grab their attention. Fingers crossed!

Very friendly staff. With their pallet mover the delivery was easy and I didn't have to move a log! Great burning logs. Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.
